Creative and passionate, Alicia Marcano is a master at balancing art and the reality of the everyday client. Her engaging and dynamic style is just a part of an exciting learning experience where real solutions meet real people. As an educator, Alicia has traveled throughout the United States, Latin America and Europe, teaching haircolor techniques and theory in English and Spanish. She has also appeared at leading industry shows such as the Midwest Beauty Show, International Beauty Show and Redken’s International Symposium. She is currently a facilitator at Redken’s premiere academy, The Exchange. Her work has appeared in several publications including Process Magazine and American Salon. Though her first love is for her craft, it is through education, both giving and receiving, that she has fueled that passion. She believes that only through learning can that passion stay strong.
