The flow of this program will vary based on the experience level of the stylists and the questions asked in class. Hair swatches are dyed out and analyzed for different tonal reflects. Models may be provided if desired. How hair color works is explored to give the stylists a greater understanding of why they get the results they do. This class is based on my experience as a business owner in tough economic times. As the economy ails we must let our creativity flow into our strategies. This class will give stylists techniques they can use to offer more cost effective solutions to their guests. It will also give them business strategies for driving new business into the salon as well as KEEPING their current business.
